Dennis G. Collins

Since he was young, Dennis didn’t sit still nor was he satisfied with the ordinary!  He started a newspaper route, worked in his mother’s business and had a snow removal business and an auto shop – all before the age of 21.  He has held various positions during his career from designing computer systems, selling sports collectibles, and working for Homeland Security. Dennis has held a Florida CAM License since 1988 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.  As President of Collins Realty Group, Inc., Dennis offers integrity, honesty and has earned a reputation as a problem solver.

Karen Collins

Karen’s expertise is in back office management and research.  Her career started as a Data Entry Clerk and advanced to developing computer software systems, moving finally into the Human Resources field.  In 1988, Karen studied and became one of the first to receive her Community Association Manager’s License in the state of Florida.  Karen’s experience researching Florida Statutes and city ordinances, interaction with association attorneys, and the ability to collect on past due accounts have proven to be an asset that makes her the strength behind the scenes.

Bridgette I. Turnbow

Bridgette is the newest member of our staff. Her role is that of Operations Apprentice and Backoffice Support.  Having spent numerous years in the service industry, Bridgette brings extensive customer service experience to the team. She is detail oriented, able to anticipate needs, and recommend solutions.  Bridgette is personable and has a ‘can do’ attitude. The most important quality she possesses is she is extremely eager to learn.

Gabrielle Z. Porter

Gabrielle spent most of her career in Banking, starting as a Teller and working up to Branch Manager.  As a Licensed Community Association Manager, Gabrielle brings solid Customer Service experience, extensive knowledge of Condos and HOAs, a keen attention to detail, and outstanding “people skills” to the front-line office position. Gabrielle’s positive attitude and sense of humor are what sets her apart from the rest.
